- 1/2 sliced onion
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tsp fresh minced ginger
- 1 small sliced yam
Add:
- 2 Tbs split red lentils
- 2 tsp tomato paste
- 1 cup water
Then add:
- 3/4 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp fenugreek
- 1/4 tsk ginger
Add salt, serve. Yum. :-)
